Conference Call Minutes: 05/11/2005

Meeting Started at 7:30 PM

Present: Al, Tim, Tyler, Heath, J.J., Lesley, Court

J.J. has no members registered yet.

No concerns about the current budget for camp 2005.

We discussed making budget match the accounting format.

Road conditions are still unknown, but Lesley says at this point it won’t be likely Sink’s Canyon Road will be closed.

Al moved to sponsor a donation up to $1000 to upgrade the water system at camp, Tyler seconded and the motion passed.

Al gave a mixer bowl update. He needs the size before he can continue his search. He needs the brand and model number off the current bowl.

Court and Tim need to get the registration for the trailer completed in Laramie County before camp.

Heath moved that camp pay for the state officer jackets. Al seconded the motion and it passed.

Board of Directors: Stacy & Justin off, Al off, may serve again at meeting at camp

Heath moved to donate an item of clothing with the value of $50 to $75 for the two retiring directors at J.J.’s discretion. It was seconded by Tyler and the motion passed.

The next directors meeting is scheduled for June 24th, 2005 at Leadership Camp.
