Conference Call Meeting Started at 7:37 PM

Present Board Members: Tim Dryden, Lisa Heinert, Tyler Reed, J.J. Powell,

Missing: Al Snyder, Jim Hefenieder, Shannon Blackmore

Guests: Eric Green, Dan Cannon

Eric Green signed up for a Post Office Box ( Converse Street ) in Cheyenne , the address is Wyoming FFA Leadership Camp, P.O. Box 20444 , Cheyenne WY 82003. It was $74.00 for one year.

Teresa Cox could use 1 more cook.

We need to make sure we get insurance, send an estimated count to Jim Hefenieder at least two weeks before we head up the mountain.

Dan gave a report on the counselor meeting that took place April 22^nd, 2006. It was the last planning meeting for camp, everything sounds very well.

Our next meeting will be at camp, Friday, June 23^rd at camp, at 1:00 PM. Dan formally invited all board members to stay for banquet.

Tyler volunteered to contact possible donors once we compile a list, particularly scholarships. Tim would help out too.

Tim thought it would be a good idea to send an email out to advisors to find a nurse. He will contact Lesley for contact information. Also, contact court about a possible relative.

Tyler volunteered his cell phone for use at camp. The number is (307) 752-4086.

The next conference call is scheduled for June 1^st at 7:30 PM The Conference Call ended at 8:20 PM. Our next meeting will be at camp, Friday, June 23^rd at camp, at 1:00 PM. Dan formally invited all board members to stay for banquet.
