Conference Call Minutes: 06/01/2006

Conference Call Meeting Started at 7:35 PM

Present Board Members: Al Snyder, Tim Dryden, Tyler Reed, Lisa Nelson, J.J. Powell

Guests: Eric Green, Dan Cannon

Missing: Jim Hefenieder, Shannon Blackmore

Lisa Nelson moved to accept the minutes from the May 4^th, 2006 conference call.  The motion was seconded by Tyler Reed and the motion passed.

With the continued rise in insurance, we should shop for lower prices next year.

Dan expects about 160 campers, 80 at each session.  He feels he is in good shape for counselors.

We will not have a nurse this year, but Tim did make a good connection for next year.

Tyler will post his number and the road report on the web page.  

Our next board meeting will be August 19^th, 2006 at State Fair, in Douglas .  Please be thinking about board nominations. All board members are invited for banquet.
