Conference Call Minutes: 09/05/2006

Conference Call Meeting Started at 7:35 PM

Present Board Members: Al Snyder , Tim Dryden , Tyler Reed, Lisa Nelson, J.J. Powell, Shannon Blackmore

Guests: Dan Cannon

Missing: Jim Hefenieder

Lisa Nelson moved to accept the minutes from the August 19^th, 2006 Board meeting.  The motion was seconded by Tyler Reed and it passed.

Dan gave a brief report on each associate director who applied and all applicants were discussed. 

Tyler Reed moved to accept the Assoc. Director’s Applications of Christina Bekken and Toby Lynde.  It was seconded by J.J. Powell and the motion passed.

The board discussed possible board nominations.  We will have a conference call on September 14^th at 7:30 PM to vote on the new board members.

Al Snyder moved to adjourn.  It was seconded by Shannon Blackmore and the motion passed. The conference call was adjourned at 8:45 PM.
