Conference Call Minutes: 09/14/2006

Conference Call Meeting Started at 7:45 PM

Present Board Members: Al Snyder , Tim Dryden , Tyler Reed, Shannon Blackmore , Lisa Heinert

Guests: Dan Cannon

Missing: Jim Hefenieder , J.J. Powell

Shannon Blackmore moved to accept the minutes from the previous meeting, it was seconded by Lisa Heinert and the motion passed.

No nominees were received from the Ag teachers or the past sate officers.

Eric Schilt and Trevor Bekken were nominated by the counselors.

Eric Schilt was voted by role call vote as the counselor nomination for the board of directors. 

Shannon Blackmore , Tyler Reed, and Brandi Burry were voted by role call vote as the board nominations for the Board of Directors.

Lisa Heinert moved to accept the nominations of Eric Schilt, Shannon Blackmore , Tyler Reed, and Brandi Burry to the board. The motion was seconded by Shannon Blackmore and it passed.

Tyler Reed moved to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Shannon Blackmore .  The meeting was adjourned at 8:38 PM.

Our next board meeting will be September 30th, 2006, 11:00 AM in Casper WY .
